Joining the Board of the Australian Water Association, Rod Naylor will draw on his 40 years’ experience in the water and environmental industries in Australia, New Zealand, the UK and the USA. As GHD’s Global Future of Water Leader, he leads the company’s efforts to develop new, holistic ways to help clients manage their water challenges. With more than 5,000 individual and organisational members, the Australian Water Association brings together people, businesses and governments to create a sustainable water future.

PIANC (The World Association for Waterborne Transport Infrastructure) has appointed Stantec’s Scott Keane to a four-year term as one of its four Vice Presidents. With decades of experience in the maritime industry, Scott will leverage his extensive background to support the organisation's mission of fostering global engagement and resilience in maritime infrastructure. Scott’s extensive experience in academia, port management, shipping, marine systems, and maritime design will greatly benefit the association.

Over the last few years, Ricardo has been reorienting its business to become a leading strategic and engineering consultancy firm, focused on its EE and Rail portfolio. Under WSP’s ownership, Ricardo will continue its ongoing strategic review of the A&I and PP business units. While no firm decisions have been taken, the outcome of the strategic review is likely to result in a sale of the A&I and PP businesses at the appropriate time.
